Custom Machines
Machines you cannot buy off the shelf: engineered, built and programmed for your process.
Not every process can be covered by off-the-shelf machinery. When cycle time, part or environment demand something of their own, we develop the machine for it: custom machines for manufacturing and testing, and in general for any process that has to run reliably. Mechanics, electrics, controls and software come from one source.
It starts with a dimensioned concept sketch like the variants on this page: we play through arrangements, compare robot cell, inline chamber or gantry and size the machine for your cycle time and floor space. The best variant becomes design, wiring diagram and program. Then we build the machine and commission it at your site.
Our own product lines show how far this carries: Minos doses and mixes chemistry for semiconductor manufacturing, Helios tests wafers under temperature at production pace. Both came about the way every custom machine does here: from a requirement no ready-made machine could meet.
