Access data and server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technical connection data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the pages and keep the operation secure, for example to detect faults and attacks. It is not combined with other data.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website reliably and securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted automatically after a short period. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, USA). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) and serves the pages through its worldwide network, for visitors from Europe usually via data centres within the EU. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by the EU standard contractual clauses. Details at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Contact form and email contact
When you use our contact form, your details (name and email address, optionally company, phone number, subject, your message and attached PDF files) are forwarded as an email to the inbox responsible for your request (project, service or application). The website does not store these details in a database of its own; they are used solely to handle your request. The same applies when you email us directly.
For the technical delivery of form messages we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Processing takes place on servers in the EU (Ireland region), supplemented by the EU standard contractual clauses; details at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. Your message is delivered to our business inboxes on Microsoft 365 and handled there like any other business email.
The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter is being handled or statutory retention duties apply.
Job applications
We process application documents solely for the selection procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them no later than six months after the procedure ends, unless you expressly consent to longer retention for future positions.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only two settings are stored: your language choice in a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and your chosen colour scheme in the browser's local storage (ic_theme). Both exist solely to remember your selection and enable no tracking.
Under § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021), such strictly necessary storage requires no consent; this website therefore works without a cookie banner.
Location map (CARTO)
On the company page you can display a map of our location. The map is only loaded once you actively enable it with a click; before that, no connection to third parties is made. When you enable it, the map material is fetched from CARTO (basemaps.cartocdn.com) and your IP address is transmitted to CARTO's servers in the process. The provider is CartoDB Inc.; information about its processing is available at carto.com/privacy.
The legal basis is your consent, given by enabling the map (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The choice applies to the current page view only and is not stored.
Fonts and other content
Fonts, images, videos and 3D models are served from this website's own server; in particular, no Google Fonts are loaded from external servers. Apart from the location map mentioned above, no third-party services are embedded: no analytics, no social media plugins, no external video embeds.
Links to external services, such as our Instagram profile, are plain references: data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click the link and open its page. From then on, the provider's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may revoke any consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply write to office@inno-cube.at.
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
