Building Automation

Raise energy efficiency · increase comfort · cut costs. Building automation connects lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and energy metering on one platform: for optimised energy use and noticeably more comfort.

Heating, ventilation, climate, light, shading: in every building, dozens of systems run at the same time, often working past each other. Building automation brings them onto one integrated platform and coordinates them intelligently. You feel the result twice: as an indoor climate that simply fits, and as energy consumption that measurably drops. Early fault detection additionally lowers operating costs and keeps operation reliable.

Against the backdrop of rising energy costs, building automation thus becomes a key building block of sustainable buildings: the lever that makes existing stock more efficient and lets a new building run intelligently from day one.

Our mission: to orchestrate energy engineering, building physics and automation so that a natural, healthy indoor climate emerges, without ever losing sight of energy consumption.

What we automate

  • Heating
  • Ventilation/Air conditioning
  • Lighting
  • Shading
  • Energy metering

From planning to commissioning

  1. Planning

Supply and disposal concepts for buildings in the energy and building-services domain. We integrate measurement and control technology, lighting and shading control and management systems, analysed holistically and designed for the optimal balance of capital and operating costs.

  2. Control cabinet build

We build control cabinets in our own workshop. In-house manufacturing secures the highest quality and the flexibility to tailor every control centre exactly to the requirements.

  3. Programming

Whether heating, ventilation and climate, lighting, shading, room automation or energy metering: every trade becomes controllable. Our scalable Beckhoff systems range from a single controller to a cross-trade complete solution and integrate existing third-party systems openly.

  4. Commissioning

Qualified specialists install and start up the planned systems. By continuously comparing monitoring data, we keep adjusting operation to real conditions, for lasting, efficient performance.
